At SWC we store all of our group files in Google Drive. All shared files and folders must be placed in the top level folder "Team Files". Anything not in the Team Files folder will not be visible to other team members. New folders should be named according to subject or department. Please be as descriptive as possible, remembering that others will attempt to locate files based on your Folder name.
All files should be saved in the Google Drive / Team Files folders. Please select an appropriate folder. If none exists that seem to be a logical place to store your file, please create a new file and use a name what will be helpful to others using Team Files.
We use a naming convention to assist in locating files. Where applicable, include the event name, department name or other pertinent information into the file name. Please see the list below for suggestions and naming conventions
When there are multiple chorus parts in a song, numbers will designate that there is s change in lyrics, essentially, If there is a chorus 1 and chorus 2, that would mean that each chorus has different lyrics.
If the chorus lyrics are the same, but the chorus repeats thorughout the song, we will use letters to designate different choruses for the band's purposes.
