  • Website - both in the Event section and some front page announcements

  • SWC app - Events and other links

    • Occasional push notifications (sent through the app)

  • Facebook

    • Face Book Public Page - used for External events*

    • SWC Community Page - used for Internal Events*

      • typically announcements, photos/video (if possible) or comments text about the event

  • Video announcements during service (also seen on the live / replayed stream)

  • Video announcements posted to the web and shared via email link

  • Slide graphics in the foyer, in the sanctuary (also seen on the live stream prior to service start)

Current SWC Methods of Communication - these methods may incure cost to the church

  • Weekly Top Priority

  • Printed insert for the bulletin or handout

  • Postcards sent via mail and direct handout

  • Verbal announcements during service (with photos / graphics if possible)

  • Verbal announcements to Youth and Jr High if appropriate

  • Banners - For Cactus road or Sunday morning placement

  • 11” x 17” Posters

  • 8.5” x 11” signs in sanctuary and church office

  • Direct mailings

  • Personal contact / invitations

  • Occasional direct phone calls

• External Event is an event that is marketed to the general public.  An example might be Day Camp or Artisan Market

• Internal Event is and event that is primarily for members of SWC and not the general public.
