Facility Use Guidelines
Verify facility availability and calendaring
arrange access to the building(s), pantry and frig (if necessary)
Be sure to plan for access prior to the date of the event if necessary
Verify that equipment and consumables you may wish to use are available & accessible (tables, table clothes, cooking equipment, donation box,)
Review the kitchen norm guide lines for food service
For events which include kitchen preparation contact Sharon Howard for instructions
AC instructions
Press the down arrow on the AC. (please do not change any other settings, it may take a few moments for the unit to come on). This will allow for 3 hours of cooling/heating to desired temperature

Community Center:
East end of the 101 room near the water dispenser
North side of the stage
Room 103
West end of room 103
Room 105
West end of room 105
Use the arrows to set the desired temperature. The unit will return to it's schduled temperature after 3 hours
Ice Machine
Request ice machine be turned on in preparation for your event
Arrange for all aspects of event including table set up & restoration
Wipe down tables & surfaces
Restore tables, equipment to original location
Take out trash and replace can liners
Trash bins are located outside of the 100 kitchen. If trash is in excess of what fits in these cans.
All rooms on campus have a standard set up. When you use a room, please return it to the standard set up prior to leaving. As our rooms are used by many different groups, it is important for each group to make sure the room is reset and ready for the next meeting. Thank you for your help in keeping our campus neat, clean and ready for use.
